Enrolment

Ordinary period

Only students who have participated in the admission procedure may enrol. Admission is done in three phases.

Phase I and II: only those people who have obtained a place will enrol.

• Phase I: from July 11 to 15 until 2:00 p.m.
• Phase II: July 17

*At the beginning of each of the phases, a list of people with the right to enrol will be generated.
*If at the end of the enrolment period they do not exercise the aforementioned right, they will lose it and will only be able to enrol in the extraordinary period.

Phase III: those students who, having pre-enrolled, are awarded a place may enrol, as long as there are free places.

• Phase III: from July 19 to 22.

Extraordinary period

July 23 and 24 and from September 2 to October 18

As of July 19, the possibility of making an appointment through the WEB page will be enabled for the extraordinary phase

Enrolment must be formalized by the interested student or a person authorized in writing. Download authorization for enrolment

Enrolment must be formalized in person at the centre’s Secretary’s Office.

That day you must bring the following documentation:

• ID: original and photocopy.
• 1 passport size photograph. Write ID number on the back.
• Promissory note of the school insurance payment from the bank (under 28 years of age)
  • Amount to deposit: €1.12
  • KUTXABANK: IBAN: ES1820950611009109421015
  • Indicate the name and surnames of the student in the deposit.
