Access to the Intermediate-level courses or modules requires compliance with at least one of the following conditions:

  • To be in possession of a Compulsory Secondary School certificate or a higher academic level.
  • To be in possession of a Basic Professional certificate (Basic Vocational Training).
  • To be in possession of a Technician or Auxiliary Technician certificate, or equivalent for academic purposes.
  • To have passed the second year of the Unified and Polyvalent Baccalaureate (BUP).
  • To have passed the entrance exam for intermediate -level training cycles (it will be required to be at least seventeen years old, having turned seventeen in the year of the exam).
  • To have passed the university entrance exam for those over 25 years old.

  • Post-compulsory High School Diploma in any of its modalities
  • Preparation for the Post-compulsory High School Diploma Assessment Tests (only the optional subjects of the core block)

Carry out administrative support activities in the labour, accounting, commercial, financial and tax areas, as well as customer/user service, both in public and private companies, applying current regulations and quality protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction and acting according to occupational risk prevention and environmental protection standards.
This professional will be able to:

  • Process internal or external documents or communications in the company’s information circuits.
  • Prepare documents and communications based on orders received or information obtained.
  • Classify, record and file communications and documents according to the appropriate techniques and parameters established in the company.
  • Record the supporting documentation corresponding to the company’s operations in the accounting records under safety and quality conditions.
  • Carry out administrative treasury management, following the rules and protocols established by management in order to maintain the liquidity of the organization.
  • Carry out administrative management in the areas of selection and training of the company’s human resources, in accordance with current regulations and company policy, under the supervision of the senior manager of the department.
  • Provide administrative support in the labor management area of the company, in accordance with current regulations and under the supervision of the senior manager of the department.
  • Carry out administrative management of commercial activity by recording the supporting documentation corresponding to certain derived tax obligations.
  • Carry out customer/user service activities in the administrative and commercial field, ensuring the established quality levels related to the image of the company/institution.
